I have a reverse Anger Issue Please Help?

Hi im Albert. I have a reverse Anger issue where i can NOT get angry and i want help to know how to trigger it.

There have been situations in my life where it is perfectly reasonable to get angry yet i dont. i need help to get mad.

For example once some guy was yelling and cussing at my girlfriend in front of me and i did not get mad.

Another time i was gonna have a child in a hospital with a girl and there was another father i didnt get mad.

Another time my brother broke all my things and i didnt get mad. he cusses at me talks smack pushes me hits me and i dont get mad

I need help being able to trigger anger or something that will allow me to use my strength to defend things.

Like ive gotten into fights i dont hold back

i always hold back i never actually fight fight. i always try to hold someone down or just let them hit me

please help its important. dont tell me to think of the things that have upset me and let it out i need a real tactic thanks
