What should I buy, Uncharted 3 or Battlefield 3?

That's a tough one, I love both series. Uncharted has a Single player like no other game, graphics,mechanics, even the way they have conversations is awesome! they sound so real!.

Battlefield 3 (for what i heard) will have a way better single player story line than Bad company 1 and 2, I could only compare it to does when it comes to single player because Battlefield 2 didn't have any. The graphics will be amazing on PC, while the graphics in Consoles will still look great but they won't come close to PC's. The multiplayer looks just awesome! I played the Beta and it had it's bugs, but it was an 1 month old Beta, plus the it says it all in the name BETA, it's just to test out the game, It wasn't a demo.

I'm buying both but if you had to buy only one! 1. see how many of your friends are buying what game. 2. really think about it, which game will you enjoy the most in the long run (after a while).

I guess it really comes down to what kind of gamer you are. If you would rather have an engaging campaign then Uncharted 3 would be the way to go. If you are more into multiplayer than obviously you should go with Battlefield 3.

I agree that Uncharted 3 may not be worth the $60 you would pay for it, which is why if I buy any games today I buy only the games that have an engaging and addictive multiplayer. $60 is a lot of money to pay for a game that you probably won't get more than 5 or 6 hours of game time out of.

My suggestion: Buy Battlefield 3. If you really want to try out Uncharted 3, find a friend that is buying it and ask to borrow it when they are finished, or try renting it from one of the many video game rental systems out there today. In the end Battlefield 3 will be more worth the $60 it costs because you will probably enjoy it's multiplayer as much as you would the campaign of Uncharted 3, but you will get many many more hours of gameplay out of it.

Matters what you like, if you like story choose Uncharted 3, if you like multiplayer choose Battlefield.

If i had to choose one I would choose battlefield just because it has allot of playing time with online, Uncharted online will get boring and how many times can you play the story? But, Uncharted is a really good game and if you can get both!

The developers already scaled down maps to get more actions on consoles, so don't worry. If you're a huge fan multiplayer, I recommended Battlefield 3, Developers have confirmed you need 400+ hours to unlock everything on multiplayer! That's amazing. If you're a huge fan single player, I recommended Uncharted 3, single player looks amazing, better than BF3's single player. It has better story.

depends on various factors, if u'r one of those hardcore shooters then get bf3, but belive me the campaign on uncharted 3 wont be short, i can say this frm my experience with uncharted 2, bf3 will only be good for online, i really dont think the campaign will give u a lasting impact. even the MP on uncharted is awesome ( as long as your into 3rd person gaming )

i think you should get BF3 because your right about the MP but the campaine will be very good. and did you play the beta. Man it was great even on 1 map with no vehicles there was still enough action.
