Dragunity Legionnaire's effect?
i was wondering if i could use Legionnaire's effect while he is in the spell and trap zone as a equip card.

One question, how did you get legionarre into the s/t zone? It wasn't designed for that and I don't think there is any way to. Arma levyten and mistletain both only equip dragons and legionarres a winged beast. And dragon mastery is equip a dragon too. So this question doesn't make sense. But the answer to the question is no as it does not specifically state that his effect can be activated when he is in the S/T zone.

Nope. Since he doesn't say he has an effect as a Equip Spell card, he has no effect as such.
