How to get over my fan girl issues?

I have this issue: I'm a total FANGIRL for celebs. Especially Charlie McDonnel, Darren Criss, and such. Its a problem. It makes me go crazy. I know its just a teen hormone, but I'm concerned for myself and it has got to stop. Help please?

    Here are some tips:

Realize that you have a life. These celebs are your obsession because of their work. They're are just doing what they love. You should be doing that too. No, not saying being obsessed with Taylor Lautner, but other things

Occupy your time doing things that DON'T remind you of this celeb. Hang out with your friends, read a book (one that doesn't make you think about them), anything to get your mind off of them.

If this celeb is your love, GET OVER IT!!! You will be lucky enough to ever even be able to meet this person, so stop getting your hopes up. Whatever image you have in your head of him/her is mostly imagined. Even if there's a small chance they actually are the way you think they are, you just made it up about them. Realize you are creating a shadow of a person for yourself to love. Shadows cannot be real. Find someone with depth.

Don't leave your friends out just because of this person. Even if they do like them, you shouldn't spend all of your time talking about him/her.

Once again, if this celeb is your crush, you are probably too young to even remotely think about dating him/her. Its nice to dream, but realize the truth. If you are a lonely person, find someone real to have a real relationship with. If you are to young to have a relationship, then use this opportunity to finally grow up.
