This is NOT about the Bishop sleeping with anyone. The Bishop is charged with sheltering an accused priest (Rev Ratigan) who was accused of being involved in internet child pornography. The bishop waited five months to tell police about the hundreds of images of alleged child pornography found on Ratigan's computer.
