2011 wrx shifting problem?

I have a 2011 wrx that I just got a week

Ago and it has 7000 miles on it. I seem to have trouble getting it to shift into reverse sometimes. Like it just won't want to and I'll have to try a few times before it will shift into reverse. I dont know if this is something normal or common but I would like to know if theres anything I can do about it or if it's anything to worry about. I would like to know if there are any other known problems with these cars or anything? Please let me get some good answers on this on guys. Thanks

The car should be under warranty, being so new, so take it back to the dealer immediately.

Hmm doesn't sound good :( I haven't heard of this before, i'd take it in, it should be on Warranty anyway.

My 2001 Outback with 60k miles always flawlessly goes into Reverse yet its a bit shuddery at times haha.

Its sounds normal to me. Just purchased my wrx and same the same thing all i do is shift to 3rd and then put it in reverse is goes in easy. This also happened with my rsx.
