my scientific calculator keeps rounding off numbers?

so i have a DATEXX scientific calculator DS-700 and all values are rounding off to whole numbers.

e.g. 1.5 ---> 2

3.14159 ---> 3

How do I return it to normal so that i can get the full amount of decimal places shown. by the way i do not have any switch on the side as other calculators do to change it.

    It sounds like you've gotten into "fix" mode. Set the display mode to "norm" to cancel "fix" mode, according to a calculator online manual that I found at datexx.com.

    On the particular calculator that I found, you do that by pressing [Mode] [Mode] [Mode] 3 1
