Here are the dates:
NL and AL Rookie of the Year: November 14
AL and NL Manager of the Year: November 16
AL MVP: November 21
NL MVP: November 22
AL Cy Young: November 15
NL Cy Young: November 17.

Usually awards start to get announced a week or two after when game 7 of the World Series is scheduled to be played (whether or not a game 7 is actually played).

Monday, Nov. 14: AL & NL Rookie of the Year Awards.
Tuesday, Nov. 15: AL Cy Young Award.
Wednesday, Nov. 16: AL & NL Manager of the Year Awards.
Thursday, Nov. 17: NL Cy Young Award.
Monday, Nov. 21: AL MVP Award.
Tuesday, Nov. 22: NL MVP Award.
