-Don't gossip.
-Don't try to mold yourself into something just so that you can fit in.
-Don't do stupid things. (No drinking, smoking, sex... It'll only hurt you in the end).
-Don't wear too much make up (or any at all)- or slutty clothes (shorts that look like underwear for instance...)

HEY!
here are some tips-
~(in 7th grade) my best friend just stopped hanging out with me and being kind of mean, so we didn't talk much anymore. I had friends from my old school I didn't hang out with much, and they thought I was really nice, and we have been friends ever since. so, this means that you should find real friends that don't make you upset. you deserve them!
~don't do anything stupid. some boys in my 7th grade class were WAY too innapropriate and it made me gag. if you do want a boyfriend, make sure he likes you for YOU and not the way you look and dosent pressure you into doing anything you dont want him to, like kissing. you are only in 7th grade, holding hands should be fine :)
~stay organized. whatever you do, keep your backpack clean and always do your homework and study hard. it pays off in the end, I promise
~have some fun! this is your last year before you become a teen and people think you are too old to have fun, so go to a rock gym, the mall, the movies, and in a year or so sleepovers die out, so have some fun with your friends!
and may the odds ever be in your favor!

Hey! you answered my vlog channel question
My tips for you...
Be yourself, and try to not let anyone get you down.
Keep a diary, youll appreciate looking back on it in years to come.
And don't worry about fashion or anything, do what makes you feel good!
Try to get in a routine with your homework, it will help in later years at school.
Make the most of it, cause time goes super fast in school!!!
Good luck, and all the best!! xx

All you need to know, and what I wish I had known, is don't live to impress anyone. If you're happy, then the people who love you and mean something will be happy too. If someone doesn't like you, don't question it, go with it, be nice to them don't let it bother you. If someone insults you, don't let it get to you. Think before you take an action, think before you speak. Have no regrets, move forward instead. Listen to your parents. And please don't do anything with boys this young. Don't have sex at 12.
And for all those mean girls out there, remember its mind over matter; you shouldn't mind, and they don't matter.
Oh and always smile, be known as that girl who always smiles.
BE NICE TO EVERYONE, EVEN IF THEY AREN'T NICE TO YOU.

First of all, you sound gorgeous! Secondly, I didn't start wearing makeup until I was 18, so don't feel weird. But anyway, I guess times are changing. For young, teenage skin I definitely recommend Neutrogena cosmetics. They are dermatologist recommended and oil-free so they won't clog pores and cause acne. Foundation: Definitely do not start with any heavy foundations. Do use a foundation with an SPF of at least 15 in it. The best Neutrogena formulations are Mineral Sheers Liquid Makeup (SPF 20) or Healthy Skin Enhancer (SPF 20). Your color is probably Honey/110 in the first and Medium-to-Olive/60 in the second. Concealer: You don't really need concealer unless you have dark eye circles or major scarring or acne on your face. If you do, then apply your concealer before foundation and blend it in well with clean fingers. I recommend that you use Neutrogena 3-in-1 Concealer For Eyes (SPF 20) in Medium/15 for your eyes and use Healthy Skin Smoothing Stick in Medium/15 for the rest of your face. Blush/Bronzer: Skip this. As a teen, you don't really need this. It will make you look too made up. Powder: Skip this unless you have oily skin. If so, then use Neutrogena Skin Clearing Oil-Free Pressed Powder in Medium/03 and lightly pat it on the oily areas of your face. You can carry this compact with you in your schoolbag/purse to touch up your makeup throughout the day and control oil. You can also just use a piece of toilet paper or Kleenex tissue to remove oil throughout the day. Eyes: Skip the eyeshadow. Skin the eyeliner. I think it's still too early for that. But, you can definitely do a LITTLE mascara, emphasis on the itsy bitsy. I recommend Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara in Black/02. Only put on 1 coat on your top lashes. Start at the bottom of your top lashes and use a side-to-side motion to lightly wiggle the mascara wand up through your lashes. Lips: Use a good chapstick and that's it. For special occasions, you can use a sheer lipgloss like Neutrogena Moisture Shine Lip Soother. You'll have to play around with the colors, but don't go for anything too light and neon-y or anything too mature and dark. Stick to neutral, natural colors that complement your skin tone. Overall, as a preteen, you should go for the natural look or the no-makeup-makeup look. Use minimal makeup to let your youthful and natural beauty shine through. Oh, and the #1 secret to maintaining healthy skin is to always remove all your makeup before you sleep at night.
