If a civil war starts in Libya will jihadists from Iraq go there?

Al Qaeda and the Taliban already infiltrated the ranks of the Rebels.

That seems to be idle speculation of the fear-mongering sort.

Do you take lessons from history? Oppressive governments eventually fail. The Soviet Union collapsed. The Holy Roman Empire collapsed. Did those collapses occur from without or within?

If Libya ends up an Islamic Republic, it is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS. It is theirs. If that becomes oppressive, it is up to the oppressed to change it, just as they have finished doing. It would be an opportune time for an oppressor to move in and it would be a dangerous time for an oppressor to move in, because revolution is becoming a habit in that area of the world and we saw graphically what happened to the leader of the oppressors.

China and Russia have learned from history to let people solve their own problems. We are the ones exhausting ourselves with wars to force solutions down people's throats.

But if Libya has a civil war there will be many factions, and foreign jihadists may not receive a warm welcome, perhaps a cold or hot one.

You realize that the Libyans have been fighting a civil war for well over six months now, right?
