Why does my vagina smell... bad?
I am a very hygienic person and this happens to me often. The fluid that comes out is rather stinky and I hate it. I have tried from washing with vagina soaps to applying creams (vagisil) to drinking lots of water and eating healthy. What could cause this. I talked to my mom and she said to put some aloe "pills" in there. What other things could help me? This is very embarrassing for me, and sometimes I don't want my boyfriend to even get near it because I can't help the smell at all... Like, it's ridiculous! Any other tips to keep your vagina smelling normal or fresh? I really am jealous of the girls that don't even have to worry about this. Oh and the fluids that come out of there are pretty frequent. Thanx a lot, please handle this question well.. It's embarrassing enough. Thanx!

If you are certain that you are infection-free, then the problem has to be elsewhere.
Diet plays a factor. Spicy foods and certain vegetables can do that.
Sometimes the vaginal mucosa do NOT like perfumy vaginal washes and over-react. That could be the source of your excessive production of fluids.
I'm going to assume showers and not baths. You probably know by now to wash well on the outside only. Dry well with a fresh towel. Always put on fresh cotton panties if you're getting dressed for the day. It sounds like letting yourself "air out" every night would be a very good idea in your case, absent any visits from Aunt Flo. T-shirt is plenty if you're not comfortable sleeping in the buff.
That would be the sum of my advice. Cut out the spicy food and the douches, wash and dry well, always use clean towels/underwear, and go commando at night. Make sure BF is as clean and hygienic as you so that he doesn't give you back this problem you don't want.

Every vagina has it's own smell, some not strong, others rather strong. I think it would help if you showered maybe once every couple of days and the days you don't shower make sure you wash down there anyway to keep it clean and ensure you wear cotton pants so your vagina doesn't sweat. You could always use a feminine hygiene wash which can be picked up from any supermarket or chemist, this is like a soap which is safe to use on the vagina because sometimes using normal soap on your vagina can irritate it.

Women are different than other women, in the respect of what their vagina smells like. Or whether it even has a smell at all.
If you want, go to a specific doctor that can help you and get it checked out to see if it's a problem, im not girl, so I wouldn't know. But if it seems like a problem, seeing a doctor would be my first priority.

Maybe its because you're really hygenic that your fretting so much. All vaginas have a smell/odour even when freshly washed loads of things trickle down and are discharged from there. Don't stress too much, if u wanna try something how about cutting down on garlic? or onions ? only a suggestion as i don't have my own vagina lol ! sorry about the pun,

Maybe you need to give your vagina a little bit of air. What about going commando every once in a while? Also, have you ever tried changing the kind of underwear that you wear? Try 100% cotton instead of polyester and nylon.

I have heard that women smell it but others do not...but I don't know if that's true or not.
It sounds like you have a lot of sweat down there, so try using FDS powder and it should help keep that area dry and odor free.
