How do you get rid of a signature on Yahoo Mail?

I set up a signature on Yahoo Mail years ago when I was a teenager. Now I no longer want it, as it embarrasses me, and was wondering whether there is any way to stop it from appearing any more? I delete it every time I write an email, but this is time consuming and awkward. Is there an option to make sure the signature no longer appears on Yahoo Mail?

Thanks.

    1. Log in to your Yahoo! email account with the appropriate user name and password identification.

    2. Find the "Options" button in the top-right corner of the Yahoo! email page. Click on "Options," causing the menu to drop down, and then select "Mail Options."

    3. Locate and click on "Signature" near the top of the menu on the left side of the screen.

    4. Select the radio button, above the text box, that says "Do not use a signature." By selecting this button, you will delete the email signature in your Yahoo! email by turning the signature feature off.

    5. Click on "Save Changes" in the top-left portion of the Yahoo! screen.

Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the page and click on the link that says accounts. Click on your email address and scroll down. There will be a section about signatures and there will be a box that says "Append signature in emails." Click on it and then save your changes.

This explanation is crap because the "options" button you refer to does not exist!
