get a big battery & rub the + side firmly all over it, keep rubbing it in the same motion
OR, put a warm compress on it for 10-15 minutes

You dont. Wear a turtleneck or hair down. The blood has been "sucked " to the surface . It will have to fade away in a normal like "bruise" process

i uasally put liquid make- up to cover it up but it may not work if its wicked dark.
