Are charges as harsh? There's also a law in my state that makes charges minimal for couples within 4 years of an age difference. I'm dating someone 3 years older than me .We've been seeing each other for 1.5 years & has been trying to split us up ever since. My parents are fine with it. His mother extremely pissed about it and is bound & determined to try and prove we had sex & wants to call the cops on him (yes, his own mother). At his age, I don't even think he's required to have a legal guardian. How far could she get? I personally think she's running in circles but i'm still a bit concerned
