How can I take a screen shot of a web page?

I press the Prt Sc button and all it does is make the cursor flicker.

    Yes it will do that, now open paint and right-click and paste!

    Thats because it has copied the screen picture....say if u opened up a word document ( like Microsoft word/Publisher) right clicked and pressed paste it would come up then
