The fact that the word One is in the title would indicate that these are rank beginners. You do not need a book to teach any language to a beginner. You start with hello, how are you, my name is. They cannot read a book.
My son has taught English in China for years and has never received a book for beginning conversational English.

True, there may not be a book, although there should be some kind of curriculum. Apparently, you don't have any training in teaching ESL/EFL, so you're in for a rough time. Get yourself a methods book.
What beginners need most is vocabulary. You can start with objects in the classroom. Model and practice the words, then come up with some kind of game to get them to identify the things in the classroom. If you can get sticky notes, have them write the words on them, and go around the room sticking them on the right things.
Bring in pictures. Write the names of the words on big cards. Have them match the words with the objects.

So that our grammar is proper for "the truly international" (school, jobs, and so forth). I wager it is handy due to the fact that such a lot of folks nonetheless speak improperly however I do want that our colleges have been strict on having to be fluent in a minimum of an extra language to graduate.

Would it not be more beneficial for you to go ASK someone what your job entails? Could it be YOU provide your own books? In life there are millions of things we do for which there is no given description so that is where your common sense comes in and common sense tells you the people who hired you will be able to tell you what your job is and none of us can do that!
