I wasn't aware that babies had shots at 8 months?
Where are you located?
In the UK babies have their vaccines at 8,12 and 16 weeks then not again until 12 and 13 months.
Anyway, that aside, all vaccinations can have side effects but nothing permanent. It may just make baby a bit cranky for a couple of days or come out in a minor rash depending on the vaccine.
It's been said that there's a link between the MMR vaccination and Autism but studies have favored that this isn't the case.
It's best to ask your doctor about the vaccination required and any side effects that may come with it.
Good luck!

All the shots on the standard vaccination schedule are 'recommended' at the age they are given. that's why we have vaccination schedules rather than having doctors give them at random.
No vaccines will poison your baby or make him sick.

I'd recommend no patron, vodka or rum.
Gin should do the trick.
Sorry, I couldn't resist xD
I would personally recommend asking a doctor, I wouldn't trust people on here, including myself, handling my baby's life.
