HP Pavilion dv6 Vs Macbook Pro ?

I had ask this question before, but I am asking it again because I need more answers.

Here's the thing:

I am a graphic design students, and I am thinking of changing my laptop to Mac.

I know that mostly of graphic designers use Mac.

But my Hp is very good.

Can You please tell me which is better, HP or Macbook Pro.

Processor Intel(R) Core (TM) i5 CPU M450 @2.40GHz

Installed Ram: 6.00 GB

System Type: 64 Bit operating system

Macbook Pro Specification:

Dual-core Intel Core i5

Up to 8GB memory

Up to 750GB 5400-rpm or 500GB 7200-rpm hard drive (select models); or 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB solid-state drive

Intel HD Graphics 3000 with 384MB DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory (all models); AMD Radeon HD 6490M with 256MB GDDR5 or AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 1GB GDDR5 and automatic graphics switching (15- and 17-inch),

So which one do you think it's better ? Mac or HP ? Is it worth it to change my laptop to Mac ?

    Yes Mac worth it. I have seen many designers using it. Since, it has amazing graphics and this is what a designer needs. Hp is good but it cannot compete with Mac in its amazing graphics and ultra sophistication.

    HP is just a box to hold microsoft products

    the Mac is a total computer

    I have a Mac Mini with a 32" screen and access to hundreds of apps (Mac is Intel insides also)

    New Lion OS is great and not $400 to upgrade every year or so, just $49 and downloaded

    In the end is the software for the Mac any better than for Windows? Comparing just the hardware switching over is a waste of money. If there is a specific benefit in the software for you to switch then go for it.

    We have two Macs and nine HPs.

    Our HP tablet with Vista would shut itself down after 90 seconds! The Nvidia was screwed up. They sent us an Asus replacement.

    I would have preferred they refund the $1999.00 that we sent. We could have got two iPads.

    Often the XPs get flaky. I diagnose their problems with my Macs.

    i have a mac and i love it best thing ever i would never go back to windows i have never had any problems with it its fast fun and easy to use.

    Macbook pro is best to me
