what is the point of spandex for volleyball?

Hi! =) Now I know it seems silly that volleyball players have to wear spandex. But the main reason is to stay comfortable and cool. Also with all the diving it will not slide down your shorts and embarrass your self. Anyways spandex is for to keep form getting to hot and they are tight to make sure they will not fall down while you are playing!

Thee factor of spandex being tight is so it doesn't intervene with a circulation you be doing and slow you down. maximum volleyball motions are quickly and quick and free clothing might want to debris it up. also, spandex gained't slide off once you're diving, because no individual needs to flash a stand finished of followers ideal? i guess, relying on the point of play you're a spandex may not be needed yet i'd truly be secure than sorry.

It is just plainly easier to move around and play. You truly do play better with spandex because you feel freer and more ready to play. :)

well besides the fact that they just look gooood, they keep tight to your body which is really important in volleyball so it is easier to dive in and easier to move around without getting caught up and flashing people haha

they are easier to move in and when you dive unlike shorts they dont go every where.. .its just easier and better for the game
