I never thought any of their voices are annoying? Kim Kardashian has a valley girl California accent and it sounds the way any other girl talks the one I can't stand is Kourtney Kardashian's voice because she talks so slow like shes mentally challenged or something. Justin Bieber sounds like any ordinary 17 year old boy if you watched him on YouTube in 2011 other than him in 2009. He could sing high and low if he wants to, he doesn't use auto tune and never has, his songs are very catchy and I don't have to search up the lyrics on Google and they could have so much meaning to them they could make Justin Bieber emotional singing them on stage and that just shows hes not afraid to show his feelings in front of a audience of thousands. I don't know who would find their voices annoying. If you were to ask "Who's voice is more annoying: Ross Matthews or Kourtney Kardashian's?" that would be a hard one and I would actually see why your asking that but I don't find Kim Kardashian's or Justin Bieber's voice annoying at all.
