What is adf.ly/2zqCE?
Not too long ago, someone answered a question of mine with this odd code "adf.ly/2zqCE" that I think I have to put in the HTTP box. A quick Google Search and it's been used so many times. I fear that it's something malicious, but I don't know. Can someone tell me what it does?
... I'm not gonna trust you, because you keep using that anwser for everything like it's some sort of multi-purpose handcream.

Odds are it is a virus or malware. Thing is, not many people want to test their antivirus protection and click on it to find out what exactly it is.
Anytime you get those answers, you will probably notice they rarely answer your question, they just direct you to a site. And if you look at their Q&A you'll see they repeat the same thing over and over. They are the classic examples of spammers. I report them at every opportunity and suggest that everybody else does the same.
(edit) I just saw an opportunity.
