why cant i play battlefield 3 online?

i had the same problem but there should be a piece of paper that came in the game case that says activate your online pass with a code on it and put that code in on psn store under redeem code. it took me awhile to figure it out i was getting mad.

Got the solution, guys. Go to Store, select the DLC, then press Triangle and enter the 12-digit code :D

when u get the game it gives you a free pass that you have to enter to be able to play online its EA online pass!!!! go the main menu of battlefield then go to store then i think its triangle to redeem codes then enter the 12 digit code this can also be done threw the playstation store

i just opened mine for the 360 and it did the same to me, then i pushed over and it told me to log into the web site battlelog.battlefield.com but i instead just pressed A and then it asked for my online pass code which was located in the front of my case.... hope its the same for you and hope it helps
