state of mind at different times of day, esp morning and night?
im a guy who is about 17 years old.
just after i wake up, there are some thoughts in my mind, the mind is usually calm or with little noise in it. but i think clearly and more logically but as time passes i change and by the night i have completely different thoughts. views about things change.
i get kinda emotional, feeling as if im realizing certain things ( emotionally) and its again all gone by the morning!!
this goes on and on and im not able to improve myself.
i dont have any good friends or even normal friends, im almost alone at home and seldom go to college and just talk studies.
i even envy people with good friends sometimes.
im not performing very good at studies also.
but with this shift in state of mind im not able to get any forward.
please help

Hey!
One thing is, you are definitely a morning person so if you're already bad at studies you should choose that time of the day when you're mind is clear.Wake up early!
Keep yourself distracted.Take an early morning walk when there are many people out on a walk. Just looking at different people keeps the mind occupied! =)
Find out what triggers off your emotions. It can be something someone said or just something that happened at school(you're 17 right?)! The next time you'll know what makes you upset and try not to give much importance to that!
That brings me to your lack of friends. It's okay to be 'unpopular'. Divert all your attention and concentration to studies. Once your grades improve, there will at least a few people who'll talk to you to clear doubts! That'll give you some sense of responsibility!
