I've been having trouble sticking to a diet lately...?
I guess I'm sort of just sick of it. I've been getting ridiculous cravings for food over the past week or so. I did really well losing 60 pounds in a little less than 4 months but lately I have been having bad day after bad day. So close to my goal of 150, anyone have any advice to get back on track?

Here are some weight loss tips I've come up with!
It takes -3500 calories to lose a pound, which means you need to both burn calories by working out & take less calories in by eating in order to lose weight. Make sure you eat enough, if you think oh I’ll just have 700 calories a day and I’ll lose fast, wrong. Your body will go into starvation mode. When your calories are dramatically reduced, your body actually stores the fat and the metabolism is slowed down.
Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Never skip breakfast, it actually helps you lose weight. I stopped drinking pop (mainly diet) and lost 50 pounds in 1 year! Don't drink juice. You'd think fruit juice is good for you, but it’s not. It has a lot of sugar and extra calories. People say don’t eat carbs but that’s not true, you need carbs to function, just make sure you eat 100% whole grain or whole wheat bread. Just watch what you eat and pay attention to nutrition labels! Eat healthy!!
Work out at least 3-5 days a week for at least an hour a day. Make sure you do some weight bearing activities along with cardio, it'll help build muscle and burn fat. Make sure you give your muscles some time to rest though too, never work the same muscle group 2 days in a row. When you use your muscles they actually tear and they need to rest to rebuild themselves and grow, otherwise they'll just keep tearing and you won't get any results.

This is why diets don't work. People always give in to cravings eventually. What exactly are you craving? Whatever it is, when you want it, allow yourself a small piece/portion of it. If you want your weight loss to last, moderation is the key, not deprivation. Don't ever completely cut out a certain food, that'll just make you want to binge down the line and ruin all your hard work.
For example, I keep a stash of chocolate and cookies in my pantry for this reason....I allow myself about 175 calories daily for my chocolate fix :P. If I want donuts, I have 1 for breakfast. If I want pizza, I eat no more than 2 slices for dinner. Moderation.
If your problem is you just want to eat alot in general, go look up foods that are known to be very filling.

you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling
