Now why did Chad say that over the radio knowing full well he was going to have to account for it??? If you are going to say these things...tell your driver before the race. I don't think it really fair to say he was cheating....there have been a few times NASCAR has fined teams because of a post race infraction that was likely due to racing bumps and bangs. I understand where Chad is coming from. No one wants to take that chance.
No I am not a fan of Chad or Jimmie but what's fair is fair. NASCAR needs to lighten up on the rules a bit when there is such a gray area in that respect.

Its nothing that every other team in Nascar is trying to do. Pushing the edge is all a part of Nascar. If you aint cheating your not trying.

Eh, I agree with the others who stated that it's just part of it. As mentioned, pushing the limits has and always will be a part of racing; however, Chad having that conversation with Jimmie over the radio is just dumb.

Thats pretty much what Auto racing is. Treason.
People are always trying to be faster, and beat the rules. That's just how it is. It's been going on since NASCAR has been around, and it likely won't stop any time soon.

To me he should be fined. It's no different than Dale Jr saying he intentionally spun in a corner to bring out a caution. Jimmy Johnson intentionally tearing up his car to avoid inspections is no different. Now NASCAR will be forced to ban spin-outs making the sport even duller because Chad Knaus and the Hendrick organization cheats. It's detrimental to the sport. I hate the Hendrick organization. Jr screwed up going there.

This is all making it more enjoyable in my opinion! They're pushing the limits, and giving us lots to talk about just as the championship race becomes less and less exciting and open.

that's not chad and james! its just someone trying to tarnish their reputation!
