2001 Hyundai Santa Fe Oxygen Sensor Question..?
I'm working on a 2001 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7 V6 4WD and it is showing a check engine light. The code reads: "P0037 HO2S Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit Low". I did some research and the guys at autozone helped me determine which one it is. The direct replacement is Bosch part #:13747 Rear. Downstream sensor (located after catalytic converter). I decided to check online and see if I could find it any cheaper and on a few sites, including carpartswholesale.com, It says that they actually have a cheaper one that is used on Kia's which is also Bosh but I'm not sure what part # it would be. So my question is if Kia oxygen sensors can be used on my Hyundai Santa Fe and if anyone could help me figure out the part number that would be great too.

Unless it has the exact same part number ou should not use it. Quit trying to save ten bucks and fix it right.

Kia's and Hyundai's have virtually been twins for a long time.. The only problem will be the connector design and the wiring length.. You might also look at Standard Motor Products or BWD. Both are fine for oem replacement.. May also check for Denso replacement part.
