Hey Wigggggggy.....lol Good to see ya bud.......I can see them winning even the CL if their confidence keeps them high........Villareal got whooped 3-0 by Madrid so win that and with Napoli facing Bayern and Man City could be 2nd in the group. win or draw with Napoli and the Bayern game at home could be the group decider. only 3 goals conceded at home and no losses.

I love it m8 last year everyone saying we were a one man team.....now even our kids are awsome..lol

but they are not a happy club rich they maybe so was Tottingham in the days of billy nicholson a happy clubfooted not allwauys win trophis but it does help arsenal who have yet to start this season with a full squad thanks largly to players leaving for city or barca but my money is now on arsenal to win the carling cup this year at least while the ex arsenal players have to sit on the bench at ciy and let someone else win threm a trophy .

i dont even think city will progress as far as arsenal in the chapions league it would be a nice little double if the odds were right but i dont give the bookie odds whren i have a bet I have a bet each week to pat for my season ticket at arsenal each season I won £625 pound two weeks ago with a little double on the correct scores My bet was arsenal to win 2 1 and spurs to draw 2 2

and there manager lacks experiance in champions league games

They are definite contenders for the EPL. They have the depth to finish strong in the FA Cup, doubt they really care for the Carling Cup so I see them potentially being knocked out of that. But as far as the CL goes.. I honestly won't count them out. It really all depends on how their draws pan out. I'm sure they'll make it past the group stages and if their run in the final 16 is any good and they somehow make it to the final or even the semi's.. then they can go all the way. But it will take a lot of work for them to get there.

I do see their focus dropping on either the EPL or the CL though. If they advance through the CL then I won't be surprised to see them drop points in the EPL. Or if they are looking good in the EPL they may lose out in the CL.

It always turns out that the teams who start too strong don't end up winning the league.

Somehow they always end up just a few points short.

Injuries can happen, Reds cards, Champions League matches just may change things.

I have to agree with kiwi-bro.....Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea have experience of coping with all competitions. Not sure if City can do it though.
