How do you fix Open tray? it only happens for Battlefield 3! Some Please help me!?

2 Days ago, i purchased battlefield 3 limited editon brand new and when i got home my xbox didn't want to recognize the disc. I keep seeing open tray, and i have had this problem with previous xbox 360's too, but all those times none of my games were being read at all. This time, i tried a couple of different games and they all worked on the first try. Battlefield 3 is stubborn, for those who don't know, it have 2 discs. Each time i try to play one, i see open tray. Is there any way to fix this without calling xbox(My xbox is out of warranty) because its just battlefield, and i already took battlefield back 1 time and i got a brand new copy of both discs and the problem still occurs. Someone help! please and thanks :)
