Programs to help with Keppra?
I have insurance but no income, and I called the Keppra hot line and they said as of Oct. 1st they are not taking new patients. So I was wondering if people know of other programs to help out or else, I cannot take it.

I assume that your health insurance does not cover prescriptions. Talk to you doctor about samples to tide you over until Keppra Patient Assistance can add new patients in need.
Have you priced the generic, Levetiracetam, at your pharmacy? Can you afford the generic?
Perhaps you could contract the Levetiracetam manufacturers for the same Patient Assistance type of program. I don't know your dosage but since there do not appear to be coated, controlled release, they can be split if necessary.
