Shoulder sticks out more, Pain in chest and shoulder. ?
For the past 2 months I've been having weird pains. I am is 6'5" 270 pound 22 year old male. It first started as back pain. I was getting into my dads Mazda, which Is very tiny for me to fit in, and then my back started hurting. I think maybe I got into or out of the car to fast and pulled something. I scratched my back a few days after that and noticed my left shoulder blade was sticking out more then my right. I don't know if it's always been like that though, I've never really looked. It hurts around that area. A few days after that I started getting this odd pain around my left pectoral muscle. But I only have it when in laying flat or hunched over, and it's more of a pressure then pain, like your calfs feel after a long run. So I'm thinking I did something to some muscles. If I had problems with my heart, I'd probably be dead already and the rest of my overall health seems the same too. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? I think my bed could be making it worse.

Well what you are describing is a condition known as "Winging of the Scapula"
Its basically caused by damage to the long thoracic nerve which supplies the Serratus anterior muscle, this muscle stabilizes the scapula during various movements of the arm. It seems as though you might have injured the nerve during your car ride maybe due to excessive pressure or over stretching. The pain is due to over exertion of the other muscles supporting your shoulder joint.
You should see your orthopedic doctor and also a physical therapist for this.

I am now not a mom however I would endorse that a guy would slightly enjoy the feeling through jumping bare on a bicycle from which the seat has been eliminated. Do this a few dozen occasions and he would possibly come near. I doubt he might love the outcome like a lady loves her youngster youngster even though. Rose P.
