I need a recipe to serve in under three hours using lamb aubergine and tomato sauce please?
The lamb is in cutlets, the sauce is made and it is for two people and I have the half aubergine already sliced. I would like to use up some mushrooms as well if possible!
Thanks for answers thus far, I wanted to avoid wading through loads of recipes if possible and am hoping someone will come up with one they have used.
Otherwise I am going to put the the oven on to warm and cook some baked potatoes simultaneously and I'll make a do with an adaptation of the first one suggested.
