Their too stupid to leave when inclement weather starts. It will come down to a few days before New Years and NY has to go in with tear gas and rubber bullets. That way they are gone before the HUGE New Years party.

I also find it funny that there have been complaints filed that the homeless have been stealing their stuff in some of the public parks. I guess they don't believe in "spread the wealth" when the wealth comes from them!
