Sometimes they are but if they are like the other guy said they are only discounted like 10 to 25 dollars which is not really worth the 5 o clock morning wake up and the one hour wait in line to save little money. Usually apple will just pair the ipod with maybe an itunes gift card or some other accessory. My advice just buy it when you have the money its not worth the wait.
