How to turn a telephone line into a fax line?
I want two internet networks in my house but we only have one fax line !
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It doesn't work that way. You can bring a second DSL line into a residence if it "qualifies" (the test they run to let you get two DSL's in the same cable), but the regular way to do this is just increase the bandwidth size of the DSL and add a second router. Modern Netgear routers (the Nxxx ones) have two wireless paths already, one of them is protected from the other.
