How do I turn off iCloud?

All of my contacts, reminders, calendar alerts, etc keep syncing to my dad's phone because of iCloud... I want to turn iCloud off. How do I do it?

    Settings>iCloud>turn off anything you do not want synced. Or you can delete your account at the bottom.
