Every girl has a vagina, so yes. Get a mirror, and with your mother, ask her where it is. If you open your legs and look at a mirror, it's pretty obvious. Losing your 'virginity' is when a man and a woman have sexual intercourse, which your mother can teach you about.

It probably wouldn't go in because you just weren't relaxed enough -- vaginas are actually pretty darn small until they are aroused and relaxed, when they expand. Try using a hand mirror so you can see down there, just so you know what everything looks like.

But to answer your question, yes, almost every girl can lose her virginity, but in very, VERY rare cases, there can be something up with the vagina that needs to be fixed before they can have sex, but that is probably not the case. If you feel like something is not right or you still can't find your vagina even with the help of a mirror, go to your doctor or a gynecologist just to make sure everything is normal. But like I said, there is probably nothing to worry about.

Yes, they can! You would need to have sexual intercourse when you are old enough to officially loose it, but for now it's because you have a hymen that partially covers that opening causing the pain. But don't worry about it now you have a while(:
