Why do the people commenting in sg.yahoo always have something to say against the governement?

It's an open forum, and people who are upset often use this to say so. Ironically, yahoo is a very minor news source that mostly uses puff-pieces to generate hits. Concurrently, the idea that yahoo is a liberal news source is laughable: they are quite mainstream and only put forth items for their potential to make money through popularity. Of course, this is true for most all of the media: very mainstream and profit-oriented. Fox has gone around the bend so far that they make everyone else look moderate in comparison.

Bashing the gov. is pretty popular. They are always at fault for our own failings.

Of course, sometimes the gov't does some very wrong things and they deserve our criticism.

The Internet is a friend to shut-ins and the meek: a great place to vent and appear to be assertive. And it's a great place to air grievances.

We the people are sick of the liberal biased media. This is but one of the ways we can tell how we feel about the one-sided news reporting. You report the news as though we all agree with the way our government is presently being run. At least 85% of us DO NOT Agree. You will find out soon enough at the polls. If you think it is only on Yahoo, that we are in disagreement with this present administration, you are mistaken. Check out Newsmax, or Fox blogs.

It's easy to be angry and difficult to be intelligent. That's the best explanation I can give for it.
