They say in China,in some normal restaurants....?

Especially smaller ones,even though,on the menu they say it is say Beef with...XXXX or Pork with XXXX...But in actual fact,when you are served,it is a different meat altogether?I mean it could be a cheaper substitute. To what extent is this tru?Anyone has any personal exprience of this/

You are correct, one of the most controversial story about this is fake beef. Beef is expensive in China so what cooks do is they mix pork meat with a chemical that turns the flavor and taste of the pork into beef. The people who eat won't notice the difference, but the effects of these additives in our body is harmful to our health. Cutting corners by means of deceiving and cheating can be very dangerous to our safety, these people who cheat have very little regard for our long-term health.

who are this they???
anyway kinds of meat is cheaper than beef and pork. dog meat is more expensive and about cat meat i never heard of it
so if you order some pork and get some dog consider yourself to be lucky instead
