change computer password?

you need to factory restore your hard drive, this will delete all files and viruses, and I am sure it will work faster as now. Also after restore you will be able to put any username and password you want. If you don`t know how to do it please let us know what cd`s or maybe you have a recovery partition.

Sounds like the problem isn't password related. The 'User account' IS what 'opens Windows 7', and if You can get into the acct that shows You HER name with the password, it should be the Admin acct on the system. Since You bought it, You can just do a system restore to factory original setup annd should have the option to enter/change an acct name/login. Win7 might also be using the info of the Registered Owner for it's 'license key', which usually happens when You buy with credit cards, or from a rent-to-own place. ALSO -Some versions of Win7 don't ALLOW more than **1 User acct**, make sure Your verion does.
