What pranks can I do on Halloween?

My friend and I are spending the night at my house tonight. we're 14 We want to do some sort of prank. We don't care if it's breaking the law lol but we don't want to egg some houses or spend 50 dollars on it. We just need some ideas for fun stuff.

    Well I don't know about what you should do because I'm not a good prankster....but I know what you shouldn't do! DON'T dress up as a scarecrow and sit on the porch and wait for people to walk up and then jump out and scare the crap out f them. My brother did this last year and he got 2 of his teeth knocked out by some random guy he popped out at. LMAO! it was priceless and I don't blame the guy, I would've knocked my brother's teeth out too!
