How to stop worrying before sleep?
When I go to bed at 10:45pm i worry that i wont sleep and that I'll end up falling asleep the next day. And because I worry i cant sleep. Then in order to sleep i check my ipod is turned off and my phone is on silent and my door is closed because i tell myself that if i do those things il get to sleep when i dont. Any advice?

These things I can suggest, but they may not work..
Relax..you could try this by taking a hot bath before sleep, maybe read a book so you get sleepy, avoid caffeine or try focusing your mind on sleep if you can.
