but last date for submission of application for GATE is over for 2012 M.Tech admission,

So you go through the website of different technical university because some are conduct their own test for M.Tech admission.

go through website of different NITs,KIIT, SRM university,Dhirubhai Ambani institute of technology,Jadhavpur university and other colleges for see the notification regarding M.tech admission.

For biotechnology student you have still time for appear for all india biotechnology entrance examination conducted by JNU(Jawaharlal nehru university,delhi) to get a chance for M.Tech in BHU or JNU

But the Last date for applying is over for this year.

But many other entrance exams are there according to the universities.

since you are graduate in B.Tech in biotechnology you can go for M.tech in biotechnology
