What are the rewards of getting a star here on Y!A?

There are no rewards for stars given as they can be easily removed by clicking them again.

Stars are given to questions others find interesting or for various other reasons and are added to their starred questions list on their profile page making it easy to find them again.

When a question does get a large number of stars then it may get the teams attention and can maybe be chosen to be featured on the Answers home page.

Not sure how many that would take but guessing a minimum of 50.

There is no reward. That just means that a normal user here on Yahoo just liked your question on Yahoo. I like a lot of Pokemon so if you ask a Pokemon question that I might not be able to answer or explain, expect to see a star. You do not get points for it and we don't get points for it either but I have a daily starring limit and for level 4 users, I'm not sure what the limit is for me.

Edit: It says that according to this http://answers.yahoo.com/info/scoring_system;_ylt=... I can only star 100 questions per day once I have reached past level 2 and that was a month ago.
