I shower Twice Daily :) I love to feel Fresh & Clean and smell good ;)
How about you? We are all different.
My job is very physical and therefore I break out in a sweat everyday at work. Therefore I must take a shower twice a day and the days that I am off, I do the same.
I do agree that over washing the skin can cause harm, so I do not use harsh body wash & shampoos. I buy natural organic hair products from the health stores. I do like to use conditioner (Extra body) from the regular store that doesn't dry out my hair and smells good.

Just once a day because showering more than once is damaging your natural acid mantle. The acid mantle is a very fine, slightly acidic film on the surface of the skin acting as a barrier to bacteria, viruses and other potential contaminants that might penetrate the skin.

Only during school days. I usually don't take shower during short holidays. haha
I love showering but I don't have many shirts or shorts so I try to not using them too often.

Once a day, sometimes more if I'm outside. Or if I'm lazy, a may skip a day, but no more than one. I hate being unclean.
