Local post office employees?

Is there any way to learn of the names of the employees at my local post office other than visiting the building itself.

I would like to file a grievance and the name of the incompetent manager with whom I dealt would help.

Thanks.

My package was lost by the way.

    Try talking to your Postal Master, packages get lost sometimes, its not any ones fault really, sometimes in travel they sorted so many times along the journey....some ppl use a tracking number or pay extra for insurance or confirmation that the person received it. FYI sorry, its happen to be before, they were CHristmas presents too...i think someone in the mail warehouse stole the contents....i can't prove it but it never arrived to the address i sent it too..it totally pissed me off...i used ins now or confirmation
