What do you personally think about the latist findings with wine?

I have my ideas of how to make it all harmonize but I guess my real question is,

If wine is not good for you what about the original counterpart Red Grape Juice?

Any answers?

Not talking about the use of wine but the use of Grape Juice where the wine came from?

anyone heard or read anything? Would like to know more about that. Thanks.

The fabled 'Resveratrol' that gives wine its healthy reputation is also found in simple legume-family peanuts (among many other very healthy things that are in peanuts, making it the clear winner for those seeking health and nutrients).

Grape juice has the same benefit without the alcohol - resveratrol, found in the skins of the red grapes.
