How to connect bluetooth to car stereo?
I got a Kenwood stereo for my car. I've had it for a couple of months now and I recently threw out the box with the manual. And I also just got an iphone so I wanted to connect my iphone to my stereo. But when I tried connecting it, the stereo said I needed to enter a pin. Is there any way I can still connect my phone to my stereo or am I screwed? Is there like a universal pin I can get from Kenwood or something in case that happens? Thanks

I know my bluetooth on my head unit's pin is 1234. So try generic stuff like 1234, 0000, 9876. Or just go to the kenwood site and find your head unit and try to look up the manual.

slik you know better than that i threw out the box and the instructions, lol and don't try to get a hold of kenwood because there going to ask you for the serial numbers to the head unit and if its a little warm if you know what i mean your busted.if its hot there is a good possibility you are stupid enough to throw that stuff out. tell the truth you got it from someone and it was locked up that's the only reason it would ask you for a pin number.not to run an iphone it should be plug in and it plays on aux mode.stashed for a couple of months so you think the heats off lol been there done that.
