I just got a notice (and 10 points) for best answer on a question that was asked 3 YEARS AGO.?
WHY? I got nothing better to do than wait 3 years for a best answer. WTF

Because the asker of that question never chose a Best Answer, that question went to vote. And then there was a tie, possibly nobody voted at all. A question will stay in Tiebreaker status indefinitely if no deciding vote is cast. Now 3 years later, somebody finally cast the deciding vote and now you have had your answer chosen, resolving the question.

That's my fault. i've been voting for oldest answers. Was it from Arts & Humanities/Performing Arts? i've been voting there a lot lately. i think i was voting in mental health yesterday too.
Be happy with the 10 points. :(

Hey! Somebody had to click and scroll a couple a hundred times just to get to your answer. You should be grateful.
