Fantasy Football Lineup Help!!!!?

This is my current Line up

QB- Rodgers

RB-Fred Jackson

RB- Michael Turner

WR- Dwayne Bowe

WR- Mike Wallace

WR- Larry Fitzgerald

TE- Gates

D/ST- Texans

K- John Casay

Bench- Ryan Mathews, Marques Colston, Brandon Lloyd, Tim Tebow, Rashard Mendenhall, Chris Johnson, Jason Hanson

Should i make any changes? Also should i trade for beanie wells or keep ryan mathews?
