Which banking and money wiring solution can you recommend given my scenario below?

I am waiting to receive $100 by direct deposit from an online affiliate company Clickbank. I am however a Kenyan living in Kenya where Clickbank does not send direct deposits. They only wire money to the following countries: AUSTRIA AUSTRALIA BELGIUM CANADA SWITZERLAND GERMANY SPAIN FRANCE UNITED-KINGDOM HONG-KONG IRELAND INDIA MEXICO NETHERLANDS NEW-ZEALAND SINGAPORE UNITED-STATES.

Can I easily open an account in this countries online then transfer the funds to my account? How do I go about it? What are my options?
